Faster than Starcomms?

Is there any internet service i can get that is faster and more reliable than my starcomms Izap? I'm getting tired of using Izap, the speed has been dropping lately and i have been looking for an alternative that will give me higher download speeds.

Glo or mtn 3g is much faster than starcomms but there's a quota on downloads which is pegged at 3gb per month
