Ofcourse exercise helps you to lose weight but you can lose weight even without exercise by using a simple method to reverse the way you may have once gotten fat in the first place - Abstain from food. Exercise only helps you to lose weight faster, but you can even lose weight by changing you diet. You need to be disciplined by first drafting a food time table. Point to note: Don't abstain totally from food, but eat at regular times like 3 times a day, even when hungry, don't eat more, drink water. - Reduce your food intake but make sure it is a balanced diet. - Avoid fatty food. - Drink water when eating and drink lots of water before each meal - Add fruits to your meal Just try to reduce your food intake and avoid too much fried foods and snacks. Eat veggies and fruits and drink lots of water not soft drinks. You can check your weight before and after 7 days when you must have started the programme.
