Never ending war in Israel

Why is there a never ending war in Israel between the Palestines and probably the rest of the Arab world? Ever since i was born, i have been hearing of their wars for a long time. I heard that the story began even in the Bible since the Israelites entered the land. Will this war ever stop?

    Maybe God is trying to teach us something about Israel. Really Israel is quite unfortunate to be existing in the middle-east which is not know to be peaceful. That region is historically known to have had a lot of bloodshed including the killing of God's son Jesus Christ. I think the war Israel is having with the Palestines and some of the Arab world signifies to a future war between religions.
