I have got a prepaid credit from Diamond bank but i was not able to use it on atms to withdraw. Ofcourse there are atms which allow for withdrawal from such dollar/Maestro machines and i want to know why i was not able to withdraw. I use the card online, but want to withdraw some balance and was not able to, why?

Nigerian credit cards like mastercard and visa work on atms but it has to be a dollarized ATM machine and not the regular one. This kind can be seen at hotels, airports and some banks. The credit card i am talking about has to be in dollar and also it has to be embossed with your name on it and not the non personalized one. The non personalized one does not work on ATMS, it will only scratch your card.
