GET A CARD from a Nigerian bank. You could be a Mastercard or Visa and it is prepaid.

I really need to get a credit card in Nigeria. I want to know how to go about it. i recently got one from a bank in nigeria but it doesn't work on most sites and i can't even withdraw my balance from any ATM. I want to know how to get a reliable credit card that carries a US address or so.
